When a member wishes to change their nominated vessel as part of their membership, the details of the replacement vessel must be approved by the Slipway Association prior to making a booking.  This is to ensure the replacement vessel is suitable for slipping at Tea Gardens Slipway, taking into account dimensions and displacement in particular.  Therefore a Change of Vessel Nomination must be submitted to the Association Secretary so as the approved vessel database is up to date.  This change in nomination can only be done once per vessel.  Reference Tea Gardens Slipway Association Incorporated Constitution dated 15 October 2023, Clause 5 Vessel Nominations.

There are no fees payable for this transfer application if it is compliant with Clause 5 (2) of the Slipway constitution.

Step 2: The member then to “add another vessel” to their membership on the Association’s website and populate the vessel details of as per this form. The previous vessel details should not be deleted.
